Returns Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
IMPORTANT: Items sent back to us without prior approval from Rival will not be accepted. You must always contact us for any return questions at admin@rival4x4.com.au
A 10% restocking fee will apply to refunds.
If the reason for your return is not due to a Rival 4x4 error, shipping costs incurred by Rival 4x4 may be deducted from your refund. If you return an item and did not originally pay shipping costs, the shipping cost incurred by Rival 4x4 will be deducted from your refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same new condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, you are responsible for returning the goods at your cost. Upon receipt of the returned goods, we will review the items to ensure they are unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Your refund will then be processed less any restocking fee.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
To ensure you get the accessories you need the fastest way possible, our exchange policy is a little different. We only process orders, and refunds. So, if you want to return an item our Returns Policy comes into play. (see above).
So, you are best to order the new item you require and apply for the refund as per the steps above.
NOTE: We will waive the 10% restocking fee if the returned item is exchanged for an item of similar value.

Refunds
It generally takes 3 - 5 days once we have received the package at our warehouse for your return to be processed.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
