Shipping Policy

 

 

Items are normally dispatched within 1 to 2 business days. Items are shipped from Brisbane QLD and delivery times will vary depending on your location within Australia. Most deliveries are made in 2-7 business days but may be longer, particularly to Western Australia, Northern Territory and Tasmania.

Deliveries are generally made Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. We recommend you use an address where someone will be available to receive your delivery.  

Unless otherwise agreed to by us, we will deliver your products to the address indicated on your order confirmation. If no-one is available to receive the delivery, the courier may leave a card requesting you to arrange a suitable time and date for delivery or collect from their distribution centre or the item will be left at your address.

Additional fees may apply for re-delivery of orders.

 

TRACKING ORDERS

Once your item has been dispatched, we will provide you with the tracking details via email. You can then use these details to track your package online. If you do not receive this email, please contact us at admin@rival4x4.com.au

Note: Rival 4x4 Australia cannot be held liable for items not arriving within a certain timeframe.

 

SHIPPING DAMAGE

 While we take great pride in packing our products so that they are as safe as possible on their journey to you, unfortunately shipping damages do happen.

It is the customers responsibility to check the product packaging for any damage when receiving the product, if any damage is found on the packaging when receiving the product, please make a note of the damage on the con note and take photos. If the packaging damage is bad and it is obvious the products inside are damaged, you have the right to refuse delivery and not sign for the package. Please also check the product itself within 72 hours of delivery to ensure it is the correct product and is in good condition and all parts are complete. If any damage is found, the item is incorrect or parts are missing, please email admin@rival4x4.com.au with con note details and photos of the incorrect part/ damage.

 

 

IMPORTANT: Please check that all items received are what you have ordered. If you have received an incorrect item, DO NOT OPEN IT. We will not accept any returns or provide refunds for items that have been opened, tampered with, or not in their original condition.
